About Kasol:

Kasol is a beautiful small hamlet situated on the banks of Parvati river, surrounded  by hills covered with forests of alpine and coniferous trees. Because of its scenic vistas ans off beat location this quaint hamlet is very popular among the tourists. Stay at Kasol will be located near the river. The camp will be at a walking distance from the main market in Kasol, amidst tall standing trees. You can also do a small hike to Chalal termed as "Little Amsterdam" and explore the Israeli cafes. One can also walk to natural hot springs at Manikaran to enjoy a hot bath. One can enjoy the stargazing at night in the clear blue sky above with music and bonfire

About Kheerganga:

Kheerganga Trek, located at a height of about 9,700 ft, is one of the most well-known trekking destinations. Located deep in the Parvati Valley, it is said that thousands of years back it was abode of Lord Shiva. Kheerganga is nature's paradise, the beauty of the place is spellbinding. The place is famous for its hot water spring and a splendid view of the valley.

How to reach the campsite?

Take a bus/ tempo traveller from Delhi/Chandigarh to Bhuntar. Get down at the Bhuntar bus stand and from there take a local bus ride or hire a taxi to Kasol. 

Itinerary

• Day 1 - Board an Evening transport from Delhi to Bhuntar

   

  Board an evening Semi Sleeper AC Volvo bus/ tempo traveller/ sedan car/ SUV car depending on the group size from Delhi around 07:00PM

• Day 2 - Arrive at Kasol

   

  On reaching Kasol, take a breath of fresh air amidst views of picturesque hills and head to the campsite.

  Transfer to kasol.

  En route to Chalal, explore the ‘Little Amsterdam’, the lanes of Kasol lined with vibrant souvenir shops and Israeli cafes on your own.

  After spending a wonderful day in Chalal, get back to your campsite in the evening.

  Enjoy dancing around the bonfire, as you have a scrumptious dinner.

• Day 3 - Kasol – Barshaini – Rudra Nag – Kheerganga or Tosh Trek

   

  The thrilling Kheerganga trek begins from the small village of Kasol, situated on the banks of the serene Parvati River.

  After breakfast, move to Barshaini in shared transport, the point of confluence of the Parvati and Tosh Rivers, to start hiking.

  Report at Bharsaini camp to start the trek.

  While strolling through the magnificent landscape of Himachal Pradesh, you will be treated to majestic sights of nature.

  During this part of the Kheerganga trek from Kasol, your eyes also feast on many picturesque waterfalls. Later, arrive at Rudra Nag, and take a small halt to admire the beauty of the landform.

  The approximately 12-km hike along the gushing Parvati River also takes you to the villages of Kalga and Pulga.

  After reaching the green meadow of Kheerganga, take a refreshing dip in the hot springs to wash off the fatigue of the journey.

  Later, enjoy a good night’s sleep in your camp to gather energy for the next day.

• Day 4 - Kheerganga - Barshaini - Kasol - Bhuntar - Delhi

   

  Wake up to a magnificent view of the Himalayan peaks, and prepare for the journey back to Barshaini through the same route you took to reach Kheerganga.

  From here transfer to Kasol will be provided.

  Reach Bhuntar on your own after taking your luggage from Kasol.

• Day 5 - End of the trip ~ Reach Delhi in Morning

   

  Once you arrive in Delhi, the trip gets over.

  Your experience ends here.

• Stay in alpine tents (Common washrooms) on double/triple sharing on day 3

Transport

• Transport from Bharsaini to kasol or vice versa will in shared vehicle (tempo traveller/sedan car/SUV car).

Advisory

• Children below 5 years of age can be accompanied by their parents or guardians without any extra cost.
• For children above 5 years of age, adult cost will be applicable.
• Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package cost
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be in part fo the deal.
• Campsites in Kasol may or may not have the security cames or gated security so please do not carry valuables with you.
• Robbery incidents are noted in Kasol in past so the travellers must be cautious.
• Forest Entry Charge INR 50 extra.
• Rescheduling if possible. Reschedule Policy - 30% of booking value will be charged as rescheduling fee in case if the customer wants to reschedule their booking.
• Kindly be on time at the boarding point. Thrillophilia will not take any responsibility in case if you miss your transport

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days in your bank account.

Booking Confirmation Policy

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
